Hugo Tirado is a seasoned executive and business strategist with a proven track record in hospitality, real estate, and business development. As the Founder of ASCND Business Advisory, he brings decades of leadership experience helping businesses scale, optimize operations, and execute high-level growth strategies.

Throughout his career, Hugo has held key leadership roles with organizations such as El Conquistador, Rosen Hotels & Resorts, Marriott's Frenchmans Reef, and Hotel El Convento, where he contributed to large-scale operations, revenue growth, and the successful opening and management of premier hospitality properties.

 His experience spans managing high-volume environments, developing profitable systems, and leading teams across diverse markets in the United States and the Caribbean.

In addition to his hospitality leadership, Hugo has driven business development initiatives across multiple industries, including energy solutions, consulting, and real estate advisory. His ability to identify opportunities, structure deals, and implement scalable strategies has positioned him as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, investors, and organizations seeking sustainable growth.
